Intro
:
I think Link looks so much different compare to Wind Waker version ^_^. So much more cool and bishie! And i love the game alot! His new costume design brings out the adventurous and courageous side of him more. Love his shield design too >:) Somehow I just like making shield... =D
Costume info :
Everything was much more tougher then I thought. Luckily, my mom was able to guide and help me with Link's costume. I focused more on the costume accessories (belt straps, glove and designs of the green top) ,shield and sword. I was so bent on making a perfect shield that I quite some time building on a good support for the shield. The designs led me to another set of headaches, because whenever I stick wrongly I have to redo everything. The shield turn out to be the most devoted prop I've ever did |
Millions of thanks to my dad who helped me with the sword. Link's default sword design work best if everything worked on a single piece of wood. I'm totally nuts about wood shaving and dad helped me with it. He's was pretty good with shaving and managed to get the blade done fast. I used putty for the lower part of the sword. The only thing that I should have take note of is the weight of the sowrd... its pretty heavy and I can't hold it for too long >.<
-------------------------------
I managed to do another Link cosplay shoot and this time with a horse as Epona ^O^ ~! Much thanks to Photographer Peng Xiong for arranging it ! Even though the horse is not of the same color as Epona, its already lucky and amazing that we can have this shoot ! The horse was much co-operative during the shoot ^^ ~ The challenging part is there is not horse reins for me to hold on and most of the times I have to hold on to the saddle for balance >_< But still, Yeah! for the change to take !
