Intro :     

      This costume design comes from the Sakura Taisen Threatre Performance : Kaijin Bessou. The story goes about how a human being girl gets ( by Shinguuji Sakura) bethro to the King of the Sea ( by Maria Tachibana ), and how the girl gets to accept the fate that she's must accept and how the two of them accept each other's love. My dearie friend, Maria ( she cosplayed as the character Maria Tachibana ) , the one who introduced me into Sakura Taisen and I paired up to cosplay for this Kaijin Bessou Project ^_^ Our first project was the Aiyue Ni Project ^_^ !

Costume info :
     
      We watched the Kaijin Bessou Threatre Performance DVD again and again to get hold of all the information, plus with reference pictures Maria managed to find online, we came together to work on this Project. Maria's costume was the more diffcult one ( as you can see, all the amour T__T ) and so we started on mine first ^^ ...
      Sakura's costume was much easier to work on after we managed to 'breakdown' the different costumes part. Maria helped me alot with the red skirt pattern ... in which we took some time to figure out. I bought quite alot of cloth for this costume @_@ , and it really requires alot @__@ . More effort and time was spent on working on Maria's costume, specially the huge shoulder amour ^_^ , but everything turned out to be very cool for her ! It's another nice exprience working together with her.... *huggie mama*
