Intro :     

      From Sakura Taisen's kayou show, Shinppen Hakkenden ^^. My 6th pair up project with Maria as Maria Tachibana. We are ever so ready to cosplay Sakura Taisen ^____^ We set out for this cosplay for Singapore Cosfest WCS 2007 event. We won the WCS competition and this really paid our hard efforts well ~

      Our costume references were mostly from the kayou show DVD, the seiyuu's. This was one of the toughest ST costume to handle as we have to find similiar silk prints and for me, some of Sakura's costume details were complicated. Both the sleeves took me a few days to complete. I couldn't find a fabric with gold and red squares, thus ended up cutting hundreds of gold squares and setting them on red fabric. I rushed this costume out in a week and I swear I'll never rush costumes like this again T_T
