Yuna's
costume was a real challenge because I did this costume before the
release of Final Fantasy 10 , thus all the info about her costume were so difficult
to find. But thanks to some of my friends who helped me keep an eye on Yuna's
pics! I had much fun and gain quite a lot of experience from this work out ^_^
Thank you to everyone who had helped me! Specially, with Yuna's necklace : )
Costume
info :
The inner black and outer white clothing
, waist belt , obi and arm-shevles were made by my mom and me ^^ .
We had a bit of problem in the making of the top wear , but ideas
come eventually! The arm-shelves were dyed pink at the bottom ~
I painted foral prints on the skirt and obi (the waist belt and ribbon) with reference to the original Yuna design. I used Decor paint
for the pink forals and green fabric print for the work on the obi
. The pink flower petals were felt pasted on. Yuna's hair accerssories
were made using beads and attached atthe end is a blue feather.
Yuna's
staff was made out of PVC pipe and fabric as the handle; cardboard
, gold paper and styrofoam for the head, and lastly a gold bell attached
at the tail. I got the image of the staff from a screenshot, then
I enlarged the pic to the size I wanted and thus the work starts from
there ^^ ! I had lots of fun making the staff !
